You can get an electric bicycle from us to deliver food and drinks on GAEAT within one week only but you must meet certain requirements. There are a few steps to confirm your eligibility. Please submit the form provided on this page so we can reach out to you.

To proceed with your application for processing your GAEAT electric bicycle, a commitment fee is required. This fee ensures compliance with our delivery man bicycle dispatching terms and allows us to review your application promptly. This fee must be paid directly to Baggins, the company that owns GAEAT. Also note that without our electric bicycle, you cannot be approved to operate as a delivery man on GAEAT, unless you want to use your own motorcycle, but not a bicycle. In order to process your electric bicycle and deliver it to you for use on GAEAT, we require full compliance. We will need a few documents from you to determine your eligibility. If any of your documents are incomplete or incorrect, we will ask you to provide the necessary information. After your application is approved by us, you will have a 12-month period to make daily payments from your earnings as a GAEAT delivery man to clear the balance on your electric bicycle. It is important to confirm your ability to make these payments once your application is approved. This payment plan allows you to gradually pay off the cost of the bicycle over time. After the full payment, the bicycle will become yours. The GAEAT electric bicycle comes with GAEAT branding as standard, which will be displayed on the bicycle until you finish paying for it over 12 months. If you choose to keep our branding on the bicycle after full payment, we will compensate you monthly as a brand ambassador for GAEAT.
The tier class and commitment fee you choose determines how much you will pay for the bicycle daily for the next 12 months before it becomes yours. We will give you the bicycle to use for deliveries on any app but with GAEAT being the first priority. All prices are in Kenya shillings. Financing you to move forward

Online Form Submission

Begin by submitting the GAEAT electric bicycle online form to initiate the process.

Confirmation Call and Document List

After submission, expect a call from the Accounts department confirming receipt of your form and commitment fee. You’ll also get a payment receipt via email and a list of required documents for due diligence from your account manager.

Invitation to Inspection Center

You’ll be invited to our inspection center where you need to bring all the required documents. If everything is in order, you will complete the final paperwork for bicycle acquisition and fill out the GAEAT delivery job work contract.

Bicycle Collection

Within a week, you will receive a call to pick up your GAEAT electric bicycle at the inspection center, enabling you to start making deliveries.
